Flowers (undisclosed) landed on the active/PUP list Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
The linebacker received the designation after signing with the Patriots earlier Tuesday. Flowers can return to the active roster at any time before Week 1. The two-time Super Bowl champion with New England suffered a foot injury in 2022 and played in just four games for the Dolphins.
