The Falcons waived Hart (concussion) from injured reserve Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Hart suffered a concussion during the preseason and was subsequently placed on injured reserve, but he'll now head to waivers. The 27-year-old will look to get healthy and find a new opportunity with another team.
