Cooper reverted to the Cardinals' practice squad Tuesday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Cooper was promoted to Arizona's active roster prior to Monday's matchup versus the Patriots, where he was ultimately limited to kick return duties and didn't take an offensive snap. It's unclear whether the Cardinals plan on elevating the 27-year-old again this season, but his next chance to suit up now comes Sunday in Denver.
