Cooper reverted back to the Cardinals' practice squad Monday.
The return specialist put together one of this better outings Sunday against the Buccaneers, ripping off 71 yards on punt returns. The 27-year-old used up his final practice-squad elevation, meaning the Cardinals will either need to sign Cooper to the active roster or subject him to waivers in the coming days.
