The Eagles released Skinner from their practice squad Tuesday.
Skinner just joined the Eagles' practice squad last week, so his time in the organization was short. The Kansas product has one game of regular-season NFL experience on his resume, during which he caught one pass for 10 yards on one target in Week 18 of last season while with the Jets. Skinner is now free to seek work with another club.
