The Packers signed Skinner to the practice squad Wednesday.
The Jets waived Skinner during the Aug. 30 cutdown day. The wide receiver cleared waivers and has since been in search of a new franchise to join. The undrafted free agent out of Vanderbilt failed to make the Falcons' roster in 2025 and has yet to play in an NFL regular-season game.
