Carr completed 28 of 38 passes for 249 yards in Sunday's 17-15 loss to Washington.

While it was a reasonably efficient performance, Carr failed to throw a TD for only the second time all season, and his passing yardage total was also his lowest since that Week 5 dud. The veteran quarterback struggled with a lack of reliable targets -- Hunter Renfrow and Josh Jacobs combined to haul in 18 of his completions -- and that's an issue that isn't likely to improve much in Week 14 against Kansas City.
