Carr completed 31 of 34 passes for 323 yards and two touchdowns with one interception in Sunday's 33-22 win over the Eagles.
The Raiders' first drive of the day ended in the red zone on a pick that deflected off Jalen Richard's hands, but Carr was basically perfect the rest of the way, hitting Foster Moreau in the second quarter for a score and Bryan Edwards in the third. The quarterback has thrown for more than 300 yards and two TDs in five of seven games to begin the season heading into Las Vegas' Week 8 bye.
