Carr completed 23 of 37 passes for 200 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over Jacksonville.

Carr was quiet for much of the game, his 5.4 yards per attempt representing a season low despite the benefit of a 56-yard connection with Michael Crabtree. Carr deserves all the star-in-the-making accolades he has received - owning an impressive 13:3 touchdown:interception ratio on a team that was long quarterback-starved - but he's produced numerous mediocre performances already this season. Sunday was the third time in seven games that Carr has failed to top 250 yards or throw for more than one touchdown in a game. After a so-so effort against an underrated Jacksonville pass defense, Carr's next test will be against a shaky Tampa Bay squad.
