Stokes suffered a knee injury during the Raiders' Week 4 loss to the Bears. He was a limited participant in practice all week, but he has not progressed enough in his recovery to be cleared to play Sunday. Veteran Jamal Adams and rookie third-rounder Darien Porter figure to see an uptick in defensive snaps at outside corner in Stokes' absence.
