The Raiders placed Bech (forearm) on injured reserve Tuesday.
Bech will be sidelined for at least the Raiders' next four games after sustaining a fractured left forearm during Sunday's 35-27 win over the Saints. In a corresponding move, the Raiders signed Cody White off their practice squad. White could be the leading candidate to replace Bech as the Raiders' No. 3 wideout behind Tre Tucker and Jalen Nailor.
