McGill (foot) was a full participant at the Raiders' practice Thursday.
McGill has been on the road to recovery since undergoing surgery on his foot in early August for a Jones fracture, but he appears to be on the cusp of returning. The 28-year-old could very well play Sunday against the Jets, but he could easily be held out of game action for another week as well.
