Hobbs (concussion) will not return Sunday against the Titans.
Hobbs left the game early to be evaluated for a concussion. His inability to return likely signals the cornerback failed the evaluation. In his absence, Amik Robertson and Sam Webb will likely see an increased role. If Hobbs did suffer a concussion, he'll need to clear protocols before suiting up in Week 4 against the Broncos.
