O'Malley was signed to the Raiders' active roster on Wednesday, ESPN's Adam Caplan reports.

O'Malley had resided on Oakland's practice squad so far in the 2016 campaign, but the loss of Lee Smith (ankle) to injured reserve created a need for depth at tight end.
