The Rams elevated Brooks to their active roster Saturday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
Brooks was dealing with an undisclosed injury during training camp and eventually reached an injury settlement with Pittsburgh. The 23-year-old defensive back is now healthy and will be active for his first NFL contest of the 2021 campaign.
