Brown (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Brown was a Thursday addition to the injury report, which is rarely a good sign for a player's availability Sunday. If Brown can't play against San Francisco, Desjuan Johnson and Neville Gallimore will be called upon to play more behind Kobie Turner and Braden Fiske up front on the Rams' defensive line.
