Los Angeles signed Watkins (biceps) to a contract Wednesday.
Watkins spent most of the 2023 season on IR with Arizona due to a biceps injury suffered Week 2. Now healthy, he'll get a chance to spend the rest of training camp competing for a depth role with the Rams.
