Keenum completed 17 of 35 passes for 130 yards, zero touchdowns and two interceptions in Monday night's season-opening loss to the 49ers.
Keenum's performance was hard to watch Monday, as he controlled a Rams offense that failed to score and was forced to punt 10 times. Los Angeles' de facto starting quarterback, Keenum averaged a dreadful 3.7 yards per attempt and turned the ball over on both sides of halftime. Although the sledding doesn't get any easier next weekend, when the Rams host the Seahawks, Keenum's showing Monday only figures to increase calls for top pick Jared Goff's standing to be expedited, whether he's ready or not.
