Keenum (concussion) didn't take part in the Rams' light practice session Tuesday, Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
This comes as no surprise, as Keenum is in the early stages of his recovery from a concussion sustained during Sunday's loss at Baltimore. While head coach Jeff Fisher relayed that Keenum is "doing better" and is hopeful that he'll return to the practice field Wednesday, the quarterback's progress through the protocol for head injuries will ultimately determine when/if that comes to pass this week. Fisher has already said that Keenum will start once he's healthy enough to play, but Nick Foles will get the nod if Keenum is unable to suit up Sunday in Cincinnati.
