The Rams placed Watson (shoulder) on injured reserve Saturday.
Watson exited Sunday's win over the Chargers early with a severe shoulder injury. The cornerback will undergo surgery while on IR, which will end his season. Watson ends the season with 24 tackles (14 solo) and nine passes defensed, including one interception, over seven regular-season games.
