Rams' Matthew Stafford: Throws three TDs in win
Stafford completed 23 of 30 passes for 287 yards and three touchdowns in Monday night's 30-23 win over the Cardinals.
Stafford hit Odell Beckham on a two-yard slant to open the scoring for the Rams. He continued to find Beckham throughout the first half, taking a few tough hits while incorporating top target Cooper Kupp as well. To begin the second half, though, Stafford unloaded a deep ball to No. 3 wideout Van Jefferson, giving Los Angeles the lead with a 52-yard touchdown. He then capitalized on a Kyler Murray interception by threading a four-yard touchdown to Kupp, who he subsequently leaned on while leading another scoring drive in the fourth quarter. Now with back-to-back games with three touchdowns and no turnovers -- along with Beckham's presence in place of Robert Woods (knee) -- Stafford has rediscovered his best form ahead of Week 15's divisional clash versus the Seahawks.
