Speights (hip) was a limited participant at practice Thursday, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Speights came away from the Rams' loss against the 49ers in Week 1 with a hip pointer, but he was able to play through it and finish that contest. He has two more opportunities to log a full practice before the Rams release their last injury report of the week Saturday.
