Rochell (chest) was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday but remains on IR.
Rochell is no longer in the league's COVID-19 protocol, but he won't be eligible to return from his chest injury until Week 17 at the earliest. He has 14 tackles, four passes defensed and an interception this season.
