Yeast is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers due to a knee injury, Stu Jackson of the team's official website reports.
Yeast popped up on the injury report after practicing in limited fashion Friday. His knee issue presumably occurred at practice at some point during the week. John Johnson would likely be in line to fill in at free safety if Yeast is ultimately unable to go.
