Simpson (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Rams' emergency third quarterback against the Bills on Monday, Nate Atkins of The Athletic reports.
Simpson will continue to operate as the Rams' emergency QB3, which means he cannot play Monday unless both Matthew Stafford and Stetson Bennett leave the game due to injury, illness or ejection.
