Randall (neck) is officially listed as questionable for Thursday's game versus the Jaguars, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports.
Randall was not considered to be limited during Baltimore's walkthrough practice Wednesday but he's still on IR going into game-day. If he's not activated for Week 9, his next opportunity to make his regular-season debut would come in Week 10 versus the Chargers.
