The Ravens designated Moore (thigh) for activation from injured reserve Friday.
The move begins a 21-day window wherein Baltimore can evaluate Moore at practice without his counting against the active roster. If the 27-year-old wideout retakes the field, he'll contribute on special teams and provide depth for the Ravens.
