Marshall (knee) was activated off the preseason PUP list Wednesday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Marshall tore his ACL last August and spent all season on injured reserve. It is unclear if the 2019 fourth-rounder has resumed practicing or if he will be active for Baltimore's first preseason game Aug. 14.
