Hawkins (knee) was a non-participant in Thursday's practice.
Hawkins has now been held out of four consecutive practices due to the knee issue and could be trending toward missing a second straight game Sunday in Buffalo. If Hawkins ends up being sidelined against the Bills, Keondre Jackson and K'Von Wallace would be in line for extra snaps alongside starting safety Malaki Starks.
