Simpson (groin) did not participate in practice Thursday.
The starting left guard also missed Wednesday's session. Simpson was able to handle all 68 offensive snaps in the Ravens' Week 1 win over the Colts, but he likely picked up the groin injury during the game. If he can't play this Sunday against the Saints, Andrew Vorhees is the next man up.
