The Ravens signed Richards to a one-year contract Sunday, Ryan Mink of the team's official site reports.
Richards initially joined Baltimore midway through the 2019 regular season after being released by New England, and his performance on special teams through nine games has earned him another chance for 2020. The 27-year-old scored via a failed punt attempt Week 17.
