Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Scuffles through ragged night
Jackson completed 26 of 43 passes for 238 yards with one touchdown and one interception in the Ravens' 22-10 loss to the Dolphins on Thursday night. He also rushed nine times for 39 yards.
In what was a fairly sizable upset, Jackson came up small against an aggressive Dolphins defense that sacked him on four occasions and hit him seven times overall. The 24-year-old South Florida native also short-circuited the Ravens' last chance at a possible comeback when he was picked off in the end zone with 47 seconds remaining on a pass intended for Rashod Bateman. Miami's defense did an excellent job playing tight coverage throughout the night, limiting Jackson to a meager 5.5 yards per attempt. The passing yardage tally was Jackson's third lowest of the season as well, and his first opportunity to atone will come in a Week 11 road matchup against the Bears a week from Sunday.
