Starks finished with seven tackles (two solo), including 1.0 sacks, in Sunday's 41-23 win over the Colts.
The safety also played on 53 of 54 defensive snaps. After logging 15 regular-season starts and 1,060 defensive snaps as a rookie, Starks is clearly stepping back into a large role on Baltimore's defense during his second year in the league.
