Wiggins (neck) did not practice Thursday, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Wiggins practiced in full Wednesday, so it appears the rookie corner is dealing with a new injury. The late addition to the injury report is typically bad news when it comes to suiting up for the next game, but he'll have the opportunity to get back on the field Friday in preparation for Sunday's matchup with the Raiders.
