Tampa (knee) was a full participant at the Ravens' practice Thursday.
Tampa had his 21-day practice window opened by Baltimore last week, and Thursday marked his first full practice. The cornerback has been on injured reserve since mid-September with a knee injury, but he appears to be closing in on a return to action.
