Cousins will not play in Washington's preseason finale, which has been moved to Wednesday due to expected weather conditions in the Tampa Bay area.

Regardless, Cousins wasn't going to play, as head coach Jay Gruden had already tabbed third-string quarterback Nate Sudfeld as the starter.
