Teamer was released by the Saints on Tuesday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
After three seasons with the Raiders, Teamer was attempting to earn a role on his hometown team in New Orleans. The former Tulane standout was in competition for a depth role at safety, so it now remains to be seen if he will get a chance to join the practice squad or look for opportunities elsewhere.
