Winston was elevated from the Saints' practice squad Saturday.
Winston has been elevated for a second-straight game and will likely get a chance to return punts again since Deonte Harris is suspended. The 25-year-old saw five offensive snaps in Week 14 and managed to catch his only target for five yards.
