New Orleans activated McCoy (groin) off injured reserve Saturday, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
McCoy was able to practice in full Friday, which is good enough for him to be activated from IR. He's still listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns, but if he does play, he should reclaim his starting spot at center.
