Winston completed 13 of 21 pass attempts for 128 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 28-13 win over the Patriots.
Winston now has seven touchdowns to two interceptions, with both picks coming in a forgettable Week 2 loss to the Panthers. Head coach Sean Payton clearly has put a suppressor on the cannon-armed quarterback in an effort to limit turnovers -- and it has mostly worked -- but it has resulted in the former 4,000-yard passer being limited to 129 passing yards per game thus far. Winston will be unable to help many fantasy managers with such low volume, as the five touchdowns from Week 1 will likely end up being an anomaly. For those forced to rely on the quarterback, a favorable matchup against the Giants is on tap for Week 4.
