Logging 53 percent of the snaps on offense, Hill was used effectively in the run game but didn't attempt a pass with Jameis Winston still working as the primary QB 95 percent of the time. Unless Winston loses his grip as the starting signal-caller, Hill won't see nearly enough touches to warrant fantasy consideration.
