Pili (head) is being evaluated for a potential concussion after exiting Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
Pili exited the first quarter of Sunday's game with a head injury. The defensive tackle will be evaluated by the Seahawks' medical staff as well as an independent neurologist to determine if Pili has suffered a concussion or if he's cleared to return.
