Kupp (back) was a full participant at the Seahawks' practice Thursday, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.
Kupp opened the week with a limited practice due to a back injury, but he now appears to be back to full health. It is the second straight week that the wide receiver has been limited Wednesday before logging a full session Thursday. He'll look to take advantage of the return of quarterback Sam Darnold on Sunday against the Commanders.
