Hall (head) is being evaluated for a concussion during Sunday's game against the Patriots.
The backup linebacker made one tackle before exiting. Hall played on 31 defensive snaps and 23 special-teams snaps in Week 1 against the Broncos, making two tackles. Dre'Mont Jones should be in line to replace him on defense.
