Tennessee traded Jones to Seattle on Wednesday in exchange for linebacker Jerome Baker and a fourth-round draft pick, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Jones has been an impact player at inside linebacker through six games of his fourth season in the league, and now he'll have a chance to play with what figures to be a more competitive team in the Seahawks. He should eventually start next to Tyrel Dodson.
