Fant and the Seahawks agreed on a contract Wednesday.
Fant will stick around Seattle for another season, operating as the team's top swing tackle behind Charles Cross and Abraham Lucas (knee). The 31-year-old has proven to be a capable replacement if called upon to start, and his return to the Seahawks provides the team with a security blanket on the offensive line.
