Farmer was signed to the Seahawks' active roster Wednesday.
Farmer landed on injured reserve prior to the start of the regular season but was later released with an injury settlement, only to be signed to the Seahawks' practice squad earlier this month. A former college receiver, Farmer could contribute in the passing game with C.J. Prosise (shoulder) sidelined.
