Milroe (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Seahawks' emergency third quarterback against the Chargers on Sunday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Because Milroe is the emergency QB3, the second-year pro is now allowed to play Sunday unless both Sam Darnold and Drew Lock leave the game due to injury, illness or ejection.
