Graham (knee) was listed as a full participant at Thursday's practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Graham followed the same practice routine last week, so he'll be among the Seahawks' starters Sunday at Tampa Bay. Facing the Buccaneers' 25th-ranked pass defense, he's a decent bet to make an impact versus a unit that has given up 13.8 YPC to tight ends this season.
