The Seahawks elevated Foster from their practice squad Monday ahead of the team's matchup versus the Bears, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Foster is set to be elevated for the first time since joining Seattle's practice squad after having been waived from the active roster. With Rashid Shaheed not playing against Chicago due to a knee injury, Foster can provide extra depth at receiver behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Cooper Kupp and Tory Horton.
